Welcome to Boston PainCare

Chronic Pain is our Specialty

At Boston PainCare, our unique interdisciplinary program provides a new approach to the practice of chronic pain management.  Click on the photos above to watch a video introduction to our program.

Our Founders

We are a group of dedicated physicians who knew we could find a better way to treat our chronic pain patients.  We opened our custom designed Waltham facility in 2007.

Specialized Care

In our state of the art operating suites, we perform the latest in pain treatment procedures, including injections and the placement of spinal cord stimulators.

SleepCare Center

At our SleepCare center in Waltham, we diagnose and treat patients with all types of sleep disorders.  Overnight sleep studies are performed in our comfortable, hotel-like sleep rooms.

Functional Rehabilitation

In our functional rehabilitation center, our goal is to help you achieve your full potential.  We use the newest computerized rehab equipment to challenge you and to document your progress.

Headache Institute

Our headache institute is the newest addition to Boston PainCare.  This unique program, headed by Dr. Zahid Bajwa, utilizes our surgery center, functional rehabilitation, and SleepCare facilities, to help patients manage headache and facial pain and neuralgia symptoms.

Boston PainCare

Boston PainCare's main office is centrally located in Waltham right off of Route 128.  We also have a satellite office located in Natick, near Metrowest Hospital.

Now Open in Concord!

Our newest Boston PainCare facility is now accepting patients at 200 Baker Avenue in Concord.  Please call  (781) 996-6700 to schedule an appointment.

Rethink pain management.

Where there is hope, there is healing.

Maybe you’ve been on a long, hard journey. Or maybe you’re just at the beginning. Wherever you are, your situation is unique, and your pain care should be as individualized as you are. We’ll design a program using a holistic approach to pain management, integrating medical procedures and physical and behavioral therapies to treat your whole mind, body and spirit.
