Kathleen Leitao

Director of Surgical Services

Kathleen is a graduate of St. Luke’s Hospital School of Nursing and received a Masters degree in Healthcare Management from Cambridge College.

Prior to joining Boston PainCare Center, Kathleen served as the Director of Surgical Services at Milton Hospital. She has had many years of experience in surgery centers as an OR nurse manager; supervising and training nursing students and staff.

Kathleen is part of the Boston PainCare senior management team and serves as the Director of Surgical Services.

Rachel Payne Porter

Director of Clinical Operations

Rachel graduated from Salem State College with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She also received her Masters of Science in Nursing from Loyola University in New Orleans.

Rachel joined the staff of Boston PainCare Center prior to our facility’s opening in 2007. She was an integral part of the design team that put together both the structural plan for the building as well as the model for the interdisciplinary approach we use today at Boston PainCare.

Prior to her work at Boston PainCare, Rachel served as Director of Nursing for a Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Rachel is part of the Boston PainCare senior management team and serves as the Director of Clinical Operations.
