Toke received her undergraduate nursing degree from the Medical College of Georgia in 2005, and a Masters of Science in Nursing, with honors, in 2008 from Georgia State University. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Toke recently relocated to Massachusetts from the Atlanta area where she worked as an ER nurse at a large medical center. She also worked in a family practice providing primary care. Toke works with our interdisciplinary team and specializes in medication management for chronic pain patients.
