Thank you for referring your patients to Boston PainCare Center.

Typically, we can assess new patients within 3 business days of referral. For patients needing immediate treatment, we can often evaluate and treat the patient in one visit. You (or your patients) may also
call (781) 647-PAIN (7246) to speak with a Patient Care Coordinator who can schedule an evaluation.

Our initial comprehensive evaluation lasts 2 hours and includes:

• Medical Evaluation
• Detailed Functional Assessment
• Behavioral Screening
• Sleep Screening and Evaluation

We summarize this initial visit with a thorough   Interdisciplinary Assessment Report
that we send back to you.
