At Boston PainCare Center, all new patients begin with a 2 hour Comprehensive Medical Evaluation by our interdisciplinary team.  This includes:

• Medical Evaluation
• Detailed Functional Assessment
• Behavioral Screening
• Sleep Screening and Evaluation

After analysis of the initial evaluation, patients can be managed through a variety of therapies that we offer.  These include:

• Medication Management
• Functional Rehabilitation Therapy
• Behavioral Therapy

  • Facet Injections
  • Radio Frequency Ablation
  • Major Joint/Bursa/Botox/Trigger Point Injections

Our procedures are performed using fluoroscopy. Perioperative intravenous sedation is offered so patients are comfortable and relaxed.

Since 60% of patients with chronic pain are reported to have sleep disorders, we can provide comprehensive sleep evaluations at our facility through Boston Sleepcare Center.
